Rumah Luxe was established in Singapore's Balmoral district with a clear focus — to serve residents who appreciate the particular character of waterfront living. The founders, both long-term residents of Singapore's coastal and riverside neighbourhoods, felt that the existing rental market was either too transactional or too broad to serve the specific needs of those seeking homes near the water.
Over time, the practice grew through word of introduction rather than advertising. Clients who found a home through Rumah Luxe often returned for lease renewal support, or referred family members relocating from abroad. The result is a firm that functions more like a trusted advisor than a conventional agency.

With twelve years working within Singapore's private residential market and a personal history of living along the East Coast, Serena built Rumah Luxe around the service she wished had existed during her own search for a waterfront home.
